Foy wanted to make one last figure "loaded" as he said to me in a letter. This smart-aleck little guy is approximately 42" and has side to side eyes, raising brow, mouth, and wiggle wig for a hilarious effect. Foy's logo is burnt into the wood. He also has a rocking clavicle to allow him to look straight down.
